"I’ve used itison a few times now and..."
I’ve used itison a few times now and there’s usually more choice than I expected. There are deals for food, days out, hotels and a bit of everything really. I also thought availability might be a hassle, like on some other deal sites where the good dates disappear straight away, but most times I’ve checked there have still been spaces. It’s simple to find something local too. Overall, happy with it.

"Feels a bit all over the place"
I’ve been trying to make sense of the deals, but they feel kind of random. I usually like noticing patterns so I can figure out when the best offers show up or what’s actually worth checking, but here it’s hard to tell what the logic is. Some deals are decent, but there are so many scattered ones that it starts to feel more like noise than helpful savings.

I had a voucher that was about to expire and, as someone who’s terrible for leaving these things to the last minute, I was a bit stressed about it. itison were really easy to deal with and gave me extra time with no hassle at all, which was such a relief.

I was already in a bit of a tired mood at the time, so waiting ages for the payment to go through made it even more frustrating. It did eventually work, but the whole process felt way slower than it should have

I thought the food was nice overall, but the whole experience wasn’t completely smooth. Booking a table felt a bit awkward, and once we got there, the service took ages. I still enjoyed the meal, but I wish things had been a little more organised

I've used itison a few times now and it's been decent. The vouchers came through fast and i've never had any hassle actually using them. One booking was a bit confusing at first, but it got sorted out fine in the end. I'd probably give 5 stars if the info was a bit clearer sometimes, but Overall I do feel safe buying from them

Overall, the site works as expected and I didn’t run into any major issues. It felt a bit slow at times, but everything loaded eventually and I was able to do what I needed. Seems reliable enough, just could be a little faster.

I’ve used itison a few times now, usually when I’m rushing to sort something last minute, and I’ve still managed to find some really good deals. The prices are often better than booking direct, especially for meals out and hotel stays.
I’ve never had any major hassle using the vouchers either, which is a relief when I don’t have time to mess about. It’s straightforward and definitely worth a quick check before paying full price...

I’ve used itison a few times now and I’ve never had any issues. Booking has always been straightforward, and the vouchers come through pretty much right away. I did have to ask customer service about something once, and they got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. There’s a good mix of restaurants and wee breaks to choose from too. Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely use it again

I only booked a meal deal on the app recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but it was really straightforward. The voucher popped up straight away and there was no faffing around at all. Based on that experience, I’d definitely use it again.

The room wasn’t great, and getting help from support was frustrating. They took way too long to reply, and when they finally did, I kept getting different answers depending on who responded. It made the whole situation feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Overcrowded and badly organised"
I bought tickets through itison for a food event the whole thing felt chaotic. The queues were huge, staff didn’t seem to know where they were meant to be sending people, and the times listed in the info didn’t really match what was actually happening. At one point I was just standing there thinking, how is this okay when everyone’s paid for tickets? The deal itself was decent enough, but the event felt overcrowded, rushed, and not especially well planned. It wasn’t the worst night ever, but I definitely wouldn’t book something like this again unless the organisation improves.
