"Itison turned up trumps😁"
After much discussion, with Itison support, regarding a voucher I purchased as a gift last Christmas, I'm delighted to say they have given me a credit to use by dec 2021.
The voucher was valid to March 31st 2020. An attempt to use it before that date wasn't possible because due to covid the venue closed and to date has not reopened. Initially I was told I had to forfeit the voucher because of the time lapse. However, thankfully Itison agreed to give me a credit. Happy chappy👍
